下記アカウントを開設する際、何れもメールアドレス認証作業が必須である

同じメールアドレスなのに、受信できない
・「Twitter アカウント開設」のための認証メールは、受け取ることが出来る
・しかし、「Twitter Developersアカウント開設」のための認証メールは、受け取ることが出来ない
・「You can also resend the confirmation email.」リンクをクリックしても、受け取ることが出来ない
